  Career

  I remember the moment when I asked myself the question: ‘But what kind of company do you want to work for? I realised that my youth meant that I chose large companies that were recognised in their field. For more than 20 years, I’ve been part of a great whole: being on a great boat, maintaining it, working as part of a team, developing steering systems, discovering new ways of sailing, inspiring crews in stormy seas that change at will. Growing and helping others to grow seem to be the key words in my various roles as HR partner.
  Armed with my experience, but certainly also more in tune with my needs, I made the choice 5 years ago to focus on supporting people, human relations and personal development in business.

  Function

  I’ve always been fascinated by human relationships, dynamics and behaviour in organisations and in life in general, and, strangely enough, I’ve also found answers by working with horses, my second passion.
  As a Coach/Trainer, I facilitate the development of potential and the transformation of individuals and teams through training, individual or team coaching and equine-assisted accompaniment. My favourite themes are leadership, team management and getting to know and manage yourself and others.

  I enjoy

  The essential and the real, curious and carefree people, the comfort of doing what gives me energy, nature and animals, seeing others grow and flourish.

  I don’t like

  Things left unsaid, lack of transparency, rigidity, oysters.
