Emotional intelligence at work
Emotional intelligence at work
“Without emotions, it is impossible to transform darkness into light and apathy into movement”. (Carl Gustav Jung)
Emotions set us in motion and provide us with essential information about what we are experiencing. What to do with this information, your own and that of others. Act, react, ignore…. And what if we simply listened to them first?
We take you on a journey to discover what emotions are, what they are used for and how to manage them. What can we do with them to move forward, motivate and create a climate of openness and collaboration?
