The journey of the inspired and inspiring leader
The journey of the inspired and inspiring leader
Presentation of the training cycle
Being a leader in today’s organisations and being recognised as such is a real challenge. Organisations operate in increasingly turbulent and complex environments. What’s more, the issues facing leaders are many and sometimes difficult to define. To manage these issues effectively, leaders need to be able to identify the challenges they face and implement the means that will enable them to meet these challenges as effectively as possible. This is how leaders can increase their impact and manage human and organisational issues with discernment.
Every leader has his or her own personality and uniqueness. For the leader, all these challenges call for a profound change that requires work on oneself, taking a step back from one’s activity to manage paradoxical situations with no strategic answers. Individual coaching makes the transition easier and more efficient, and ensures the success of the new role.
The leader becomes aware of the strong points on which he can build and the points to watch out for. They will also explore new approaches that will help them find the best way to act according to the situation and the people involved, and to work in harmony with their environment and their teams.
This is where the transformation of the leader takes place.
