Our trainers have all held (or still hold) senior positions in companies involved in leadership training and coaching. As professionals in the field, they share their experience with participants and provide immediately operational solutions.

Our experts are selected on the basis of 4 main criteria:

  • Training in pedagogical practices
  • Shared and regular monitoring of quality results
  • Coaching by the founders and educational meetings with their peers
