Feminine leadership
Feminine leadership
Women’s leadership has been in the news for some time because, in the collective unconscious, the position of leader has always been embodied by men. Over the years, more and more women have taken on team management roles.
In a professional world still dominated by men, women need to make their mark. Subconsciously, they are forcing themselves to work harder to demonstrate their true leadership skills. When they succeed, everyone realises their strength and determination.
This is where feminine leadership differs from men’s leadership.
