The academy was born out of the professional encounter between several ``Coach Trainers Leaders`` with the same vision of ethics and respect for employees and companies, and the desire to pass on this passion for people.
Our history
Faced with the challenges that await Leaders, we want to provide a concrete response to the new needs that companies are encountering: comprehensive, innovative and unique training.

Inner leadership begins with a willingness to break with conventional wisdom. A person who knows how to manage their own life inspires others to do the same.
